I thought the price was fair, and the frames feel like they worth what I paid. Shipping did take a little longer than I wanted, but overall I’m happy with it and it was a good value

I ordered a pair from Vision Wear that didn’t fit and figured exchanging them would be straightforward, but it turned into a hassle. The return instructions weren’t clear, replies were slow, and I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. i hate feeling like I’m risking more time and money fixing an order than the purchase was worth in the first place. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I needed new glasses. Didn’t want to spend forever looking around. The site was simple, easy to use, and I found a pair quick. No hassle, no confusion. Just picked what I liked and moved on.

I placed my order and then it kind of just felt like I was waiting around forever. The shipping was super slow, and the tracking updates were vague, like they didn’t really tell me much or make it seem like anything was actually happening.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already irritated. Maybe other people had better luck or got theirs quicker, but for me, this was not a great first order.

For the price, these glasses are solid. I did notice a tiny scratch, and I was like, okay, that’s a little annoying, but it’s not super noticeable. Overall, the quality feels good and I’m still happy with them.

I felt a bit misled by these glasses. They looked decent when I first opened the package, but once I put them on, the fit was all wrong. They kept sliding down my nose while somehow also feeling tight around my ears, which made no sense and got annoying fast.
After about an hour, I had a headache and little marks on my face from where they were pressing. I expected them to be comfortable enough for daily wear, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. I wouldn’t order them again.

I tried reaching out to visionwear about my order, and it was such a hassle. It took ages to get a response, and when they finally did reply, the message was vague and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like they hadn’t even read my original message. The lack of clear communication was really annoying, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

My glasses showed up in a reasonable amount of time and the frames look and feel fine. Overall, the prescription seems mostly right, but one lens feels just a little off when I’m working on the computer. It’s not bad enough that I can’t wear them, but I was expecting the vision to be a bit sharper. Compared to a couple other online glasses places I’ve used, the quality is decent, but the prescription accuracy doesn’t feel quite as dialed in. I’ll probably get them checked locally before I order again

They definitely have a good selection of frames — maybe a little too good, because it felt like they were trying to make my decision harder than it needed to be
